  • Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes may have separate terms which will apply at the time of use.


3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed on our website are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways (Razorpay/Stripe/PayU/CCAvenue).

  • Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days across India.

  • Delays caused by courier companies, unforeseen events, or incorrect delivery details are beyond our control.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

  • Statement Royale reserves the right to decline returns/refunds at its discretion.
