At Statement Royale, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and luxury in mind. We want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy ensures a fair and transparent resolution.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos/videos.

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Note: Due to the nature of jewellery and luxury accessories, returns are not accepted for change of mind, size preferences, or minor variations in color/finish (these are part of handcrafted products).
2. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during sale, clearance, or with discount codes.

Customized or personalized pieces.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or customer-caused damage.
3. Return Process

Contact our support team at care@statementroyale.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images/videos.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

Products must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Statement Royale reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline a refund or return request if the product does not meet our return conditions or if we suspect misuse of this policy.
5. When We May Decline a Return or Refund
A return or refund request may be declined if:

The product has been used, worn, or washed.

Tags, authenticity labels, or protective seals are missing or tampered with.

The original packaging is missing, damaged, or altered.

The item is damaged due to improper handling, negligence, or personal use.

The return request is raised after the allowed time window (48 hours for intimation, 7 days for return shipping).

We find repeated or abusive return behavior from the same customer account.
6. Replacements & Exchanges

Eligible cases may be offered a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.

If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
7. Damages During Transit
We take utmost care in packaging, but in rare cases of damage during delivery, please contact us immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority.
