At Statement Royale, we understand that every purchase is special. That’s why we take utmost care in ensuring that your jewellery reaches you safely, securely, and on time.


1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future — updates will be announced on our website.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days for most metro and major cities.

  • Other locations: 7–10 business days depending on the pin code and courier service availability.

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable service.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. While we aim to deliver within the mentioned timeframe, delays due to courier or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, government restrictions, etc.) are beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions.

  • Otherwise, shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details.

  • You can track your order status directly via our courier partner’s portal.


6. Undeliverable Packages

An order may be marked as undeliverable if:

  • The address provided is incomplete or incorrect.

  • The customer is unavailable to receive the package after multiple attempts.

  • Delivery is refused at the doorstep.

In such cases, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.


7. Damages During Transit

We take the highest care in packaging your jewellery securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or tampered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos at care@statementroyale.com.


8. Prepaid Orders Only

Please note that Statement Royale operates on a prepaid-only model. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.


9. Policy Review & Updates

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is reviewed regularly to ensure clarity and fairness. Updates, if any, will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
